SUNSET MONALISA PRESENTS

A FESTIVAL INSPIRED BY THE UNIQUE SEAFOOD OF SEA OF CORTÉS IN BAJA CALIFORNIA SUR

 

“Del Mar al Plato” (From the Sea to your Plate) is the first of a series of festivals where Chef Reyes wants to share the amazingly unique venue Sunset Monalisa is with chefs from Mexico and around the world to create special menus inspired on seafood from Sea of Cortés and the Pacific Ocean, as well as local seasonal ingredients grown in Miraflores, a town just 40 minutes from Los Cabos.

That same ocean nurturing our dinner is connecting these three chefs who use the products from it every day. From San Francisco, home of “Copita Tequilería y Comida” where Chef Téllez has shared his inspiration for over two years as a Partner and Executive Chef earning him to be Voted the Best Mexican Restaurant in the Bay Area, to Mexico City where Chef Rodrigo Estrada has turned his Restaurant Agua y Sal Cebicheria in the emblematic restaurant for this cuisine in the country’s capital, they both will join Chef Casiano Reyes in Sunset Monalisa to have Baja California peninsula as the epicenter to this special menu and once in a lifetime experience.

“Del Mar al Plato” will prove why Sunset Monalisa is placed 8th on the “Best Restaurants in Mexico” by Trip Advisor and is considered the best place to watch the sunset in Mexico. This will be the scenery for our diners to enjoy this paradise of Baja California Sur.
