Giuseppe Napoli arrives in Los Cabos on the invitation of his partner and founder of Grupo Monalisa, Giammarco Vela.
This year marks the 18th anniversary of Sunset Monalisa’s leadership in Los Cabos, an iconic project representing the destination from the perspective that Sunset Monalisa has become a destination within the destination. It is a complete experience that involves all five senses. We are an open space in the most beautiful part of Los Cabos. We provide a comprehensive dining experience where the kitchen, bar, ambiance, table, wine, and music play a key role.

Flagship dishes, why? At Sunset Monalisa, the fettuccine with truffle and Parmesan foam is a famous dish. Our gastronomic offer is unexpected, and Chef Morales aims to create a star dish per month to provide innovative experiences in presentation, flavors, and textures that are recognized as typical of Sunset Monalisa’s cuisine.
What does mixology mean? At Monalisa, we call it the liquid world; like the kitchen, we give it a lot of weight. Growing this area is one of our projects and objectives for 2025. Innovation in the bar is non-negotiable; you cannot enjoy cocktails without an open mind. Miguel Angel, our head bartender, possesses natural and trained talent and provides guidance and delight with his diverse concepts and creations for every occasion.
Giuseppe concludes that arriving at Sunset Monalisa means entering another world and getting involved with the environment, nature, and the sound of the sea. Every day, the sunset is different; it is never the same view. This is a privilege. Monalisa is my home, family, and everything I need!
