The perfect pairing of one Michelin-star chef and our executive chef

Last January 13th, 2023, we experienced a one-of-a-kind culinary evening in Los Cabos with the Four-Hands Dinner. It features the exquisite cooking of one Michelin-star chef: Chef Francesco Franzese from the Rear Restaurant (Nola, Italy) and Chef Héctor Morales from the Sunset Monalisa.

We could enjoy the unique flavors and exquisite presentation of the dishes, all while taking in the spectacular view of Los Cabos.

The Four-Hands dinner was a celebration of the flavors of both Italy and Mexico. Chef Francesco Franzese brought authentic Italian flavors to the table, meanwhile, Chef Héctor Morales delighted us with his Mexican creations.
