Domenico Stile, chef of two-Michelin-star Enoteca La Torre in Rome, now leads our kitchen as Culinary Advisor, alongside Culinary Director Emanuele Olivero.

What they bring is the cooking of their Italian family: handmade pasta, honest flavors, a modern and casual Italian cuisine.

Order à la carte on the terrace as always, or let Domenico choose for you with the Chef Experience.
