Terms & Conditions

Reservation and Cancellation Policies

1. Types of Reservations We provide three distinct reservation categories tailored to meet your requirements:

  • Standard Tables: To secure a standard table, a credit/debit card is required for fully securing the reservation.
  • Premium Tables: To guarantee a premium table, a payment of $25 USD per person is required. This deposit will be charged to the customer's credit/debit card and will not be deducted from the total amount due on the final bill.
  • Ocean Terrace Experience: The Ocean Terrace Experience necessitates a prepayment of the full price of the experience per person. This amount must be paid in advance, and a minimum of 2 persons is required to make the reservation.
  • Reservations for parties of 8 or more guests must contact directly to the restaurant for further information.

2. Cancellation Policies The following policies govern cancellations:

  • Cancellations with a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the reserved date: If the customer chooses to cancel the reservation with at least 48 hours' notice, the deposited amount will be fully refundable.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice prior to the reserved date: Regrettably, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable. Nevertheless, customers have the option to reschedule their reservation, subject to availability. In such cases, the 48-hour cancellation policy does not apply.
  • No Shows: Failure to honor a reservation without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and rescheduling will not be permitted.

3. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit/debit card used for the deposit guarantee. Please be advised that these policies are subject to change without prior notice. We recommend regularly reviewing our website for the most up-to-date information.

4. Reservations. If you are attempting to make a reservation for a party of 8 or more, please contact us +52 624 105 8970 We continually try to accommodate our clients in the case of “walk-ins,” but we recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure your place. Please call us before 4 pm (MDT) for same-day reservations at +52 624 105 8970. Please note that our online reservation system only accepts future dates of less than one month; If you require a future reservation of more than 30 days from the current date, please email us at reservaciones@sunsetmonalisa.com, and we will follow up on your request at approximately 48 hours. VISA, Mastercard, and American Express cards are accepted. Other cards like Discover and Diners Club are not accepted. *Los Cabos Magazine vouchers are not accepted.

5. Dress Code. Formal, casual. No beachwear.
